Full System Pricing

All of the Encore system described on the features page is provided for a flat fee of $125 per user per month. Fully hosted in the Cloud, system updates and daily backups included.

No payment is due for 30 days after starting. No credit card or ACH/Bank Draft is required until then, either. Cancel any time (no long term contracts).

Loading Data from Company Downloads

Your entire book of business can be downloaded from each company using a feature in the company to agency download called “sync”.

This Loads all of your clients and policies (as the company makes available) for that company .

This service is great for agents who don’t already have a system with a lot of history, or don’t have a management system at all, and is provided free of charge.

Loading Data from Another Management System

We can convert data from most major systems to fit into Encore.

Most basic client, policy, document, Diary (“to Do”) items, etc. (Accounting can not generally be converted.)

This service is good for agencies who have a great deal of historical system and don’t want to lose it.

This service is provided for a flat fee of $2,000 and is completely optional if you don’t need it.
