Yes. As long as you have access to the internet you can access Encore. Our data center provides all necessary equipment with a redundant second set of equipment at the ready if there is a failure. The data center’s uptime over the past three years has been 99+%. The data center has more than 60 colocations; so if one location goes down, the data is quickly moved to another location.

Yes. Encore has partnered with a leading hosting service to provide a safe and secure hosting solution. Some of the key advantages include multiple and redundant Firewalls, Backups and Data Recovery with a minimum of 2 weeks of backups, crisis management and disaster recovery, access to your data limited to your team and the Encore team.

Backups are made each night and stored at our data center for 2 weeks. You can request a copy of your backup at any time. The first copy each month is provided in the base fee. There is an additional charge of $100 for additional backups per month. Your data is always yours!
