Ken Butler, President of Encore Agency Management

Ken has been in the agency management business since 1988. During that time, Ken has developed a deep understanding of agency systems technology and tools.

He is a graduate of NC State University with a degree in Mathematics and Physics.

Previously, Ken has been a public school teacher, a financial systems manager for a Fortune 500 manufacturer, a “Big 8” management consultant and an independent consultant.

His agency management system experience includes service for approximately 2,500 independent agents, in most states around the country.

Beth Block

Beth was an agency owner for 37 years. In that time efficiency was key to succeeding in serving small accounts.

When Beth began utilizing Ken’s first agency management software, Block Insurance was a team of two; Beth and her husband Steven.

Ken’s programs gave the Blocks the tools necessary to support clients effectively AND grow the agency to one thousand clients representing 8 million of annual premium.
